Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and stage merchandise to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Workflow Support: Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow during peak times and support team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- License: Valid Forklift certification is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy.
