As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders and maintaining a safe facility.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided upon hiring).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
