Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus).
