Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure efficient operations.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF Scanners) to track inventory status accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to operate a forklift or willing to be trained.
