Responsibilities
- Packaging & Labeling: Safely pack, seal, and label products for shipment according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying incoming stock to ensure accuracy.
- Loading & Unloading: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on products before they are shipped to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and stage orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible shift times available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform moderate physical labor.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging hours.
