Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock, count items, and ensure accuracy in inventory logs.
- Packing & Shipping: Package items securely for delivery and prepare shipping labels accurately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following 5S principles.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic Skills: Strong reading and basic math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
