Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are moved safely and efficiently. We value safety and accuracy above all else.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (Sit-down, Reach, and Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts against shipping logs and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize workflow and storage efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive paid training for the forklift certification (Forklift License).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
