Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during shifts.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
