Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Scan and verify items using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Wrap, label, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
