Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Shipping Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- License: Forklift certification is highly preferred.
