We specialize in rapid order fulfillment and inventory management. As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will ensure that our supply chain remains uninterrupted, delivering excellence to our clients every Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Trucking & Logistics: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
