Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and compliantly
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
