Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and KPIs.
- Handle damaged or defective merchandise according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
