Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and logistics records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company operational policies.
