Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training available)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes
