Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Operate warehouse machinery (conveyors, sorting systems)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be available for Friday-Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
