Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production targets and quality metrics.
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular schedule.
