Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
