Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varied temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
