Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and ship products according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory
- Resolve discrepancies in stock counts and shipping documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shift availability
