Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods safely
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery using proper packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
