Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment in good working condition
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes including receiving and stocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
