Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse zones for optimal accessibility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts for stock accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- No background check required – focus on work ethic and reliability
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
