Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
