Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, and correct labels.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the warehouse aisles.
- Process orders and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
