Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery (including forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
