Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect, sort, and organize inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Prepare orders for shipping by picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
