Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment and manual handling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track stock using scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce errors.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe for all team members at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily KPI targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as required by your shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
