Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution to customers.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning and tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and operating warehouse software.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
