Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Organization: Maintain a neat, organized, and safe warehouse environment by organizing stock and following proper storage procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (including forklifts) in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
