Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Package and label products securely for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the physical movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role).
