Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure all orders meet client specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the facility is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
