Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and updating inventory systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to facilitate efficient workflow and reduce hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
