Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise into the warehouse inventory system.
- Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently using proper packaging materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
