Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production areas, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals and any logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliable transportation is required.
