Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to move inventory safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high productivity levels during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
