Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery as required and certified.
- Inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any damage or discrepancies.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to commute to the facility.
