Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure all inventory meets company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying freight contents and ensuring damage-free delivery.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
