Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Shelving & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse layout and assist in stocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on concrete floors.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
