Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments against invoices to ensure accuracy and complete necessary documentation.
- Package and label products securely for distribution using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
