Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately into the warehouse.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using proper materials and machinery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak operational times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
