Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure optimal storage organization.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (for local driving tasks, if applicable).
