Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging and labeling standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic math skills for inventory and labeling purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
