Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movement in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Operate warehouse equipment (scanners, conveyors) with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
