Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records using WMS systems
- Inspect received shipments for damage and discrepancies; report issues to supervisor
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and participate in safety training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills
