Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, and discrepancies.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to maintain optimal space utilization and retrieval speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
