Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification preferred) to move materials safely.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping documents to ensure compliance.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a stable work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
