Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage incoming shipments with precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
