Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strict adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical issues.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper documentation and handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
