Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count items received, stored, or shipped to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
